Great news! We have finally nailed down the dates for our world travels!\u00a0 My name is Berkley, and my husband Seth and I will be spending 6 months traveling to wherever we please.\u00a0 We have from June 22, 2012 through January 1, 2013 to circumnavigate the globe, searching out great food and adventure in every place we find ourselves.\u00a0 Right now, we are in the planning phase of our adventure.\u00a0 Our goal is to keep you posted on what it takes (or at least what it\u2019s taking for us) to plan a circumnavigate trip.\u00a0 Seth will be doing most of the preparation as I am finishing my studies, but I will be sure to update you on his planning progress as the months unfold.\u00a0 He has the next 6 months to make it happen.\u00a0 As we are hoping to be quite spontaneous as we go, much will be left open for adventure, but we\u2019ll still have rough blueprint before we go.<\/p>\n
Our proposal is twofold: We plan to search out and devour as much interesting cuisine as possible, then balance our gluttony with adventures, culture, and beauty.\u00a0 Throughout our journey Seth and I will be posting on a daily basis.\u00a0 Though it may take a few days for it to reach the internet, due to the remoteness of our location.\u00a0 Following our blog we invite you to share in our adventure with us.\u00a0 Comment on aspects of our journey that we may have overlooked, or share what you loved about what we saw!
